The RIALHE project concludes with a showcase of outcomes from remote labs and digital teaching to learning analytics and international collaboration.

SLATE Theme Leader and Senior Researcher Ingunn Ness will be presenting the chatbot Inez at UiB Innovation Day, a meeting place for researchers, students, and partners from industry and the public sector in the region.

During the UiB AI #16 seminar, three of our SLATE colleagues will be presenting their insights from the research program Trustworthy AI.

Dr. Simon Knight, Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Transdisciplinary School is visiting SLATE in August. He will hold a seminar entitled "Democratising AI".

Professor Jan McLean from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is visiting SLATE in August. She will hold a seminar entitled "Navigating AI’s Disruption: A Whole-of-System Strategy for Curriculum Transformation and Assessment Reform".

During the NORA Summer Research School, SLATE is offering a course for PhD candidates and practitioners working with machine learning, data science, AI, or generative AI.

Dr. Martina Benvenuti, Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, University of Bologna, will be visiting SLATE during the Spring through the Erasmus+ Teaching Exchange Program 2024/25.
